Established as a Local Fibre Company in 2010, Tuatahi First Fibre built and now owns and operates the Ultra Fast Broadband (UFB) network in the urban areas of Hamilton, Tauranga, Whanganui, New Plymouth, Tokoroa, Hāwera, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Stratford, Ōmokoroa, Ngāruawāhia, Tirau, Katikati, Putāruru, Tamahere and more!
Our 3,600km fibre network represents about 13 per cent of the Government’s national UFB initiative. It provides access to UFB technology for more than 235,000 households, schools, businesses and healthcare facilities in these areas.
