About us

 

The Finance and Business Intelligence (BI) Team supports the company’s needs and requirements for maintaining a complete and accurate set of accounting records.

We are responsible for financial control, managing financial forecasting and budgeting, advising on strategic business and financial planning and Tuatahi’s business intelligence and reporting function.

We also help drive cost efficiency, improve processes, and mine data effectively to provide insight with impact. This, in turn, equips the business with the vital tools needed to stay ahead and meet Tuatahi’s strategic intent.
