You can claim $100 every year to go towards preventative health measures such as dentist, mammograms, chiropractor, massage, gym memberships etc.

Payment for standard eye checks every two years is provided, Tuatahi employees can also claim $100 toward the cost of new prescription glasses.

All staff (and their immediate family members) are entitled to 24-hour access to a dedicated staff support person; this includes couple counselling and budgeting services.

We offer parental leave benefits to support our Tuatahi families including a top up to Government parental leave payments to 100% of your base salary.

All Tuatahi​​​​​​​ permanent and fixed term employees are eligible for a utilities rebate of $25 per fortnight. The rebate is to help cover costs of utilities, such as power and fibre, in your home.

Tuatahi encourages all employees to participate in activities within the community. All Tuatahi​​​​​​​employees are entitled to one paid volunteer day each year.

Tuatahi acknowledges that there are times when people have a lot on and need to take a day to go to appointments, or to catch up on life admin. All permanent employees at Tuatahi​​​​​​​ have one day every 6 months when they can take leave for any reason, without having to use their sick leave or annual leave.

Every two years Tuatahi has a MoleMap clinic onsite for all employees to attend. The screening includes a head-to-toe check by a melanographer who will identify and image any moles or lesions showing features of skin cancer for an expert diagnosis by a dermatologist.

Financial awards are given to celebrate long service at Tuatahi, starting from 5 years.
