Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you will work across multiple delivery teams and vendors to ensure priorities are clear, sequencing is effective, and delivery aligns to business outcomes. This is a role for someone who can think strategically, engage stakeholders, and translate complex needs into actionable work.

About The Role:

You will play a key role in shaping what gets built and why. From early discovery through to delivery, you will ensure work is well defined, prioritised, and ready for execution.

• Leading discovery and opportunity shaping, turning ideas into clear, validated outcomes
• Owning a 12-month roadmap, aligned to business priorities and sequencing
• Building and maintaining a high-quality product backlog that supports predictable delivery
• Driving stakeholder alignment, managing trade-offs, and communicating decisions clearly
• Coordinating across teams and vendors to manage dependencies and ensure end-to-end delivery
• Defining success measures and using insights to continuously improve outcomes

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, with the ability to connect business needs to delivery
• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision making
• Experience leading discovery, backlog management, and roadmap planning
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple teams
• A relevant qualification in Business, IT, Engineering or similar
