About The Role:

As a member of the Digital Strategy & Architecture team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Tuatahi First Fibre stays in first place.

We believe that architecture is the art of continually improving value flow through technology. You will be responsible for designing innovative, scalable, and robust solutions - delivered just in time - that delight our customers.

You comfortably strike a balance between emergent and intentional design to ensure the realisation of business value. You work closely with our cross-functional teams and across our business, effectively addressing constraints within both the organisation and its solution landscape.

You are a motivated initiative driver and a strong collaborator, with a natural focus on quality and high-value outcomes.

Your unique contribution:

Your in-depth knowledge and experience of solution architecture within an agile software development environment will see you as a trusted advisor - someone who enables autonomy and encourages mastery within our teams.

You will also be:

• A strong communicator – able to translate stakeholder requirements into clear and actionable user stories
• Inherently curious – keen to grow and evolve your architecture knowledge by staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and ways of working to create flow

The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of telco BSS architecture - across domains like CRM, billing, product catalogue, order orchestration, work order, and inventory management.
