Enterprise Business Analyst
About The Role:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for business transformation? We’re looking for an Enterprise Business Analyst to play a key role in aligning business objectives with cutting-edge digital solutions. Reporting to the Head of Digital Strategy and Architecture, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and shape the future of our digital landscape.
As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you’ll be at the core of business transformation, collaborating with teams across the organisation to identify opportunities, analyse complex problems, and design impactful solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business challenges, ensuring requirements are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Leading enterprise-wide analysis to identify process and technology gaps, applying strategic and pragmatic thinking to develop coherent and actionable requirements.
- Collaborating with Enterprise and Solution Architects to ideate and prototype solutions, validating functionality, and ensuring alignment with strategic road maps.
- Conducting impact analyses and feasibility studies to determine the scope and scale of changes needed within the existing technology stack.
- Supporting product and project lifecycles by providing architectural governance, contributing to backlog prioritisation, and ensuring dependencies are considered.
- Driving continuous improvement, leveraging expertise in business analysis, architectural best practices, and emerging digital trends.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience across multiple industries.
- Strong technical and software development environment exposure.
- Proven expertise in business modelling, process flows, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions.
