About The Role:

Join us in delivering Aotearoa’s fibre network and help revolutionize how our communities connect, work, and thrive. Reporting to the Regional Manager and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Scope and manage network delivery projects, ensuring they meet time, budget, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with developers, councils, and contractors to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Monitor project documentation and reporting to ensure seamless delivery and handovers.
• Provide technical expertise to contractors, reinforcing quality and safety standards. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance delivery efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in telecommunications, project management, or network delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance practices.
